Do we need to agree that hiring and firing is bitter fact and we can’t do anything about it. ?
Well it is not the bitter truth, it is all because of employee. The person who is working in an organisation since 10 years means, he should become like piller to the organisation then he can able to create job atleast, i mean not faking or something its should be reasonable and close to reality.
Most of the people are becoming like big rock hangers which will increase its size every year. I have seen many people that they think they own the company and act like it.
Our bad luck is most people don’t do self learn and research always trying to either destroy other’s confident level which will again down the company 100steps. Infact people getting themselves arrested in such a situation if they cannot do anything about it simply escape. Most People says its politics. They make It comfortable that it is commong in any company which is the main drawback of the company. Companies are also supporting such things just to save some bugs. But they never realize how its going to effect after 5 years or 10 years. Sometimes even the companies goes shut down. Bigger companies have lot of money to waste so they can survive.
I have been doing research since i matured about the situations in the corporate company. There is definitely a way to get resolve this. It should not be like one day you realize everything and fire off every one.. Thats another biggest mistake you are going to make..
Lets not say hiring and firing is bitter fact. Bitter fact is poor management, immature leaders are ruling the corporate which always causes damages like this.
Why suddenly this company realizes that if we can fire can save lot of bugs. this is because purely lack of future management. This company might have been raped again and again since very long time which they had not realized.
Still they may not realized if they are not trying to find out the root cause.
Such a big company it will always have such a huge responsibility. It should act like 100’s of small companies then only it can pick right people for the management. If it act like one big company obviously it’s under one hand who really don’t know about what’s happening in there.. What if that guy take decision trust me it will be come worst decision for the company..!
I don’t know about this organisation much all my comments are general view of corporate world.
